We’re proud to welcome passionate, business-minded vendors to the Calm & Cozy Vendor Markets—an elevated marketplace experience hosted at some of the most sought-after apartment communities and subdivisions throughout Duval and the surrounding counties. Our markets are designed with excellence in mind: we prioritize a vibrant atmosphere, high visibility, and strong community engagement. Markets typically take place in front of leasing offices or clubhouses, with food trucks and dessert vendors on-site to attract steady foot traffic. Evening markets are supported with lights, and electricity may be provided if available.
As a full-time vendor and seasoned market organizer, I go above and beyond to promote every event. From targeted digital marketing and curated social media campaigns to printed flyers, yard signs, and direct collaboration with property management—your business will be seen.
Vendor Investment
Vendor fees range from $35 to $45 depending on the market. This fee helps cover the cost of marketing and event logistics. Your space is first come, first approved—with only 1–2 vendors allowed per category to maintain variety and balance.
Important:
All Calm & Cozy markets will show as SOLD OUT online to prevent unapproved signups. This ensures controlled vendor selection and category spacing. Vendors must inquire directly to secure a spot.

Terms & Expectations
By joining our market, vendors agree to the following:
All vendors fees/investments are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NOT PERMITTED TO BE TRANSFERRED to another person or date. This is a rain or shine event. We will never knowingly put you in harms way and we will cancel IF it is absolutely necessary, however, we cannot control the weather and do not refund due to the weather, personal sickness nor sickness of a family member.
