 We’re excited to invite local small businesses to be a part of our upscale vendor markets, set in some of the most sought-after apartment complexes and subdivisions in Duval and the surrounding counties. With our focus on creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, electricity is provided if needed (and available), along with lights for those evening markets.

**About Our Markets:**

Calm & Cozy Vendor Markets are all about community. We partner with luxury apartment complexes, subdivisions, CDD, and HOA communities, ensuring you have a prime spot to showcase your business. As a full-time vendor myself, I understand the importance of marketing and networking. That's why I go the extra mile to advertise your business to every community through flyers, targeted marketing, yard signs, and social media. Plus, I work directly with property management to ensure residents know about our events.

 Each Calm & Cozy Vendor Market features a food truck and a sweet vendor, and we’re always set up in a high-traffic area, usually in front of the leasing office or clubhouse for maximum visibility. With my experience in markets and festivals over the past decade, I know what vendors need and what customers want.

 **Vendor Fee:**  

The investment is **$45 + tax** per market. I understand that your time and money are valuable, so I keep my vendor fee reasonable and fair.

**Please Note:**  

All vendor agreements and payments are **FIRM** and **NON-REFUNDABLE**. We’re a rain or shine market. However, if I have to cancel a market date, I will transfer your fee to another market. **No exceptions.**
